Introduction

Terry Morrison is a Project Controls consultant with over 20 years of project experience performing: Construction Readiness Audits, Contract Administration, Earned Value Management, Advanced Cost Control, Schedule Development & Control, and Financial Analysis.

Mr. Morrison has extensive experience implementing and maintaining project control systems on engineering intensive programs. He has proven experience providing leadership and direction to project teams, project portfolios, and project controls groups. Mr. Morrison has a broad range of expertise and experience solving problems and communicating effectively in project environments.

BHP Mine Remediation – Led the development of the master schedule for multi-site remediation efforts in southern Arizona including coordination of owner, client, and vendor engineering firms with offices located internationally.

Sabina Gold & Silver – Developed execution and logistics schedule for a new remote mine which included two ice-road construction seasons and a fuel/manpower cost and productivity tradeoff study.

Nevada Copper – Developed unified WBS to support crosswalk between owner, prime contractor estimates. Consulted on the implementation of cost control systems.

Pebble Limited Partnership (Pebble Project) – Developed and refined project management processes including: procurement management, cost control, vendor accrual process, accounting interface and audit support.

Hecla Greens Creek (expansion) - Lead the Project Controls team in cost reporting for, implemented and managed change control, facilitated ERP system implementation while providing progress and schedule integration.

Hecla Bulldog (decline) – Developed and managed project control including schedule and cost controls, established the work breakdown and code of accounts. Supported project execution teams providing insight support for cost schedule variances through decline construction.

Hecla Lucky Friday (shaft 7) – Managed the schedule and assisted with cost management, schedule and progress baselines. Executed progress, cost, and schedule-integration in to one reporting system. Provided on-site project controls support. Trained the contractor project controls staff on Primavera, MS Project, EVM, cost management and job cost reconciliations.

Intrepid Potash (capital projects) - Cost & schedule management, site-level implementation of project control systems and processes for $80M+ in annual capital investments. Managed the development and implementation of a web-based cost control and AFE pipeline systems.

Intrepid Potash, Capital management systems development – Managed development, implementation and training of a region-wide capital management and AFE approval system supporting $80M annual capital spend.

Intrepid Potash, Langbeinite Recovery Improvement Project – Developed and managed the cost management plan.

Intrepid Potash, In-Situ Mine – Developed and managed the schedule.

AngloGold Ashanti, La Colosa – Developed the Schedule and costs for the Prefeasibility Study.
